NBA playoffs 2018: Kyrie Irving wasn’t on Celtics bench in Game 7 because of nasal surgery, Danny Ainge says

Irving, who averaged 24.4 points and 5.1 assists for Boston in 2017-18, missed the entire postseason because of a knee injury.
